Over the past week, I’ve been ruining my eyes and turning my brain to mush by watching horror film after horror film after horror film.
I’m also barely sleeping; having (bad, even for me) problems getting to sleep and I keep waking up randomly during the night, two or three times. This has kinda resulted in my brain feeling even more mush-like than it normally is. By the time I get home from work, I can barely string a sentence together.
I’ll be back when I feel less sleep deprived. Or on Monday, after I’ve gotten over Derren Brown removing my soul when I go to see him Sunday night.

That does not sound healthy at all. Although I go through those phases of not sleeping too. But I’m sure the constant movies isn’t helping your subconscious rest at night lol
I love horror films! My fave? Halloween — the entire series.
I hate sleep troubles! Something I do when I’m lying in bed is stretch / convince myself that I’m relaxed and try not to think about too much. It definitely calms down the activity in my head. Worth a try?
