Visitor: how can i make money online?
Lirae: Sign up to an advertiser. Google is a good one, as long as your site isn't a MySpace related site ( www.google.com/adsense ).
ValueClickMedia (VCM) is also a good choice, even if you have a MySpace related site ( valueclickmedia.com ).
Stay away from PayPopUp.com though because they dish out viruses to your visitors. =\

Visitor: what is seo
Lirae: Search Engine Optimization - it's where you make your site look much more friendly and attractive to a search engine (like Google). This helps you get higher positions on the search engines. :)

(There's also a lot more to it but that's the basic idea of it.)

Visitor: No, the accents are not showing... I'm seeing things like that: "é"... Is there a way? :(
Lirae: I'll look into it for you. :) I think it has something to do with how the questions are formatted when they're brought back out of the database.
Could you please either email me your email address ( mail [AT] lirae.net ) or post it in here? I'll email the fix to you when I've done it. :)
ADDED LATER: the accents now work. Also added a secondary spam filter. Re-download it ( lirae.co.uk/resources/scripts/EasyAsk&Answer.php ) and replace the "admin/" and "files/" folders with the ones you already have on your site. :)

Visitor: Hellow Lirae :) I love this script :DDo you happen to know if Wak's Ask&Answer is very insecure like everyone says? I've never used it and cant seem to find it to find out myself =\
Lirae: Hiya and thanks. :)
To answer your question: yes, WAK's Ask&Answer IS very insecure.
I can type anything I want into the question form. This may seem like the point but, because of it, I can insert PHP code into it and break your site. There was also the problem with the "change password" part of the script was accessible to ANYONE, so anyone could change your password.
There are also a few other problems with it, if you use Google, you can probably find a few hundred sites telling you all of the different issues. =\

A lot of people use it, have had no issues with it and happily say that because they've not been hacked, it's safe to use. Ignore them, they're idiots.

Visitor: Did you create this from scratch or did you just modify it?
Lirae: With the exception of the clean function (written by Amelie) and the login form for the admin panel (created by Tutorial Tastic), I wrote the script.
