Every single year I tell myself that I WON’T spend too much money on Christmas presents. Before I start my Christmas shopping, I even make budgets for everyone on my Christmas present list.
And every single year – without fail – I spend WAY more than I can really afford.
My top New Year’s Resolution will be to make budgets for every month AND stick to them. And to save money back towards Christmas.
I had a very good day today, although I had an Accountancy test.
Oh AND – the test was good. My tutor said I was coming along “brilliantly”. I used to HATE bank reconciliations but now I love them; they’re so easy. 
I got sick of my four inch brown roots on my black hair, so I talked my mum into helping me dye my hair again.
After washing it off, I applied the conditioner and looked down into the bathtub and noticed that there were big and very black drops falling from my head. I held my hair up and looked into the mirror and went “AH!”: I had black streaks going from behind my ears and up to my eyes AND I managed to cover one and a half of my eyebrows.
I managed to wash MOST of it off by spraying the shower head directly into my face but that then resulted in me having two very big, black eyes because none of my makeup is waterproof. Thankfully, the makeup came off easily enough.
For the next few days, I will be walking around with a dark jawline and one and a half black eyebrows and a half brown eyebrow.
I’m going to look SO cool.
